I think someone at Paramont should take up this subject and create a website for cannon. Many times people say the books are not cannon but they have the copyright from Paramont on them. They should look over the animated series/the novels/short stories/comics anything using their copyright and lay down what is considered cannon. Nothing should be pushed to the side. As an author, I've always enjoyed shows like Star Trek and Dr. Who. I'm half finished my own Martian Symbiont series, and always try to think of new scenarios for my characters.
